Building
In light of the low health systems research output in the country, greater training opportunities and capacity development are needed. We strive to achieve this by nurturing new talent by providing young researchers the opportunity to undertake high quality research. The strong focus on building the technical capacity of the research community sets IHSC apart from similar platforms and networks.
Having senior and eminent researchers as members of the collaborative presents the right opportunity to build the capacity of young and midcareer researchers. Our objective is continuous training and capacity building through courses and workshops imparted through innovative training curriculum, delivered both virtually and in person.
